Over the course of the 20 years, the Foundation has spent more than $935,000.00 and has provided more than 560 families with necessary financial assistance.

|On December 21st, 2019, the 2nd Annual Kippens Volunteer Fire Department Boot Drive took place in the Town of Kippens. More than 14 fire department volunteers took time out of their busy, holiday schedules to fundraise for the Bay St. George Sick Children’s Foundation. $6,612.17 was collected during the one day event and all proceeds were donated to the Foundation. On behalf of the Board of Directors, a sincere thank you to the Town of Kippens and its volunteers for their kindness and support!|
|A huge Thank You to everyone who called-in pledges, donated at LA Bown campus, and fundraised throughout the year for the 2019 Bay St. George Sick Children's Foundation Telethon! To date $53,592 has been pledged! This money will go directly to families who must travel outside the area to help their children in need of medical care. On behalf of the Board, and the children we serve, thank you friends. We could not do this without your generosity and kindness.|
|The Bay St. George Sick Children's Foundation will host its 23rd Annual Telethon on Sunday, March 25th, 2018! Our goal this is year is to raise $60 000 to support children in our area who must travel to receive the medical care they need. To donate and have your pledges read on air, please call (709) 283 - 3016 or toll free at 1 (877) 939 - 3116. Calls will be received from 12:00pm to 9:00pm on March 25th, 2018. We are excited for the Telethon and we can't wait to hear from you!|

|Another successful and enjoyable day for family and friends 13th annual Ashley Skinner memorial. Many thanks to those who helped organize and participated in this event at the Curling Club (thankfully inside!) Special mention to Lonnie Young, Matthew Smith, Sean Sheppard, Sue Young, Henry Skinner, and Pat Carroll. Also to those who donated prizes and money to the BSGSCF Telethon. Really appreciated the McDonald's donated by Georgette Pike and David Walsh. Ashley is definitely there with us every year!|
